Toastmaster
On 15-Dec’16, at the Toastmaster event held at Tohoku University, Japan, Trishit was invited to speak on the subject “How Reading opened my doors to the outside world”. The attached 05-½ minute video is the recording of Trishit’s speech that day.
Right from his childhood Trishit has been inculcated into the habit of reading, and this turned Trishit into a voracious reader. This also had the added advantage of keeping Trishit away from digital distractions. Voracious reading enabled him to hone his writing skills. Trishit wrote his first poem at the age of 6-½ when he was in his second grade

Good reading led to quality writing. Wear the old coat and buy the new book. Trishit’s greatest passion was books and only books.
It is truly said that the more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go. Either write something worth reading or do something worth writing.
The 2nd video (follows immediately after this) is an evaluation of his speech by Mrs. Deborah, where she considered Trishit to be a TED level speaker. Her only suggestion was that Trishit should slow down a bit as the audience used English as a second language.
